Commissioning (CxA) 

Location: PAN India 

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 

Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, HAP, Dia-lux, CG lux, MS projects 

An individual should have in-depth knowledge of the design, construction & commissioning of Electrical / HVAC / Fire / Plumbing designing. Understanding of sizing & various applications: 

• Electrical - Distribution systems involving, Substations, Transformers, HV/LV Switchgear Panels, Lightning Arresters, Protection System, PCC, MCC, Diesel Generators etc. including Protection and relay coordination, short circuit study and voltage drop calculations on cables, bus ducts by conventional method and also by software. Lighting requirement calculations, conventional and by special software such as Dialux, etc. using AutoCAD drawings. Earthing calculations for the electrical system and for lightning protection. 

• HVAC – Understanding of Ducting, Piping, VRV, Chillers, Split Systems, Chilled water, Cooling towers, Radiant Cooling, AHU’s FCU’s, Pumps, Exhaust Fans, Smoke Ventilation, basement Ventilation, Fresh Air, etc. Understanding of HVAC design software’s for HEAT load / Duct sizing. 

• Fire – Fire Hydrants & Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Fire Piping, Hose reels, Fire detection systems, Fire extinguishers, Gas based systems, Fire Curtains, etc. 

• Plumbing – Water Distribution systems, RWH system, Water Purification – WTP, STP, Storage Tanks, Hydro-pneumatic Systems, Irrigation Systems, Water fixtures, etc. • BMS / PLC IO calculations, SCADA System integration / interfacing with other services such as HVAC, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV Cameras, Lighting, Electrical, Data, Voice and other communication Systems etc.

Key Responsibility of the individual will be to carry out lead & manage the region which encompasses, business development, client management, act as a point of Escalation for all the projects in the region for execution & drive the execution team to deliver the services assigned as per the client requirements & timelines. Manage day to day reporting & project team matters related to the service & gets the project executed.

Well, connected with Project Management, Architects, Cost Consultants, Key Influencers from Clients side for developing business in the region.

Develop a strong team for Project design.

3.
Be a Zonal Head / Manager & SPOC for all escalations related to project activities & manage the design team for any services as given above.

4.
Participating in key meetings & workshops of the project where needed.

5.
Keep updated on the reference guides/ codes for MEP services
6.
Review technical submittals and provide comments as necessary on time.

Motivate the team to complete the projects in an effective and timely manner.

Preparing Strategies for business development required for Industrial sector

Understand the requirements of the projects & details of the projects in order to guide the team.

Should be Technically efficient in managing the queries of team and client as per the project requirements.

Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates.

Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, technical aspects

Assigns responsibilities to supporting Managers & Engineers to get the project executed.

Having a close check on Supporting Engineers & Managers work towards service delivery.

Keeping a close track on project milestones, Billing cycles & Outstanding amounts

Complete the project within timelines & meet the Client requirements.

Keeping a close interaction with project team for new upcoming projects & opportunities for business.

Grooms Supporting Engineers for the service offered for the project.

Help in developing & documenting case studies for the project.

Keep track of Project expenses (Travel, Lodging Boarding, Food & Other project related expenses)

Develop Healthy professional relationships with other project team members such as Architects, PMC’s MEP Designers, Cost Consultants, Contractors.

Generate leads for new upcoming projects from the contacts & links developed during the project execution works or through past associations.

24.
Pass on the leads to Directors & accompany Directors for handling the enquiry & work along with them for converting the same into a Work order.

25.
Fix up meetings & interactions with key individuals to develop professional relationships & attend meetings along with directors as & when planned.

26.
Develop a network of people & maintain professional relationships with other team members even after project works are completed which will help in generating new project leads.

27.
Along with good written & verbal communication skills should be a good leader & manager.
